Your bills, on the calendar before they hit.
Rent is exact. Electric is a guess. Car insurance comes twice a year. All of them fit.
A bill in Monilibrium is anything scheduled: rent on the 1st, Spotify on the 18th, insurance every six months. Fixed bills have an exact amount; estimated bills take your best guess — “electric is about $85” — and get corrected when the real number arrives.
“$420 every six months, next due January 12th.” Most budgets make you smear that into a monthly average and hope. Monilibrium takes the bill on the schedule it actually keeps.
Because every bill sits on the projection, money for a January insurance payment starts being protected in October. Irregular bills stop being ambushes: your Safe to Spend already knows about them.
